Research activity at TIGEM is supported by ten Core Facilities dedicated to providing state-of-the-art technology as well as “housekeeping” assistance.

The Core Facilities provide technological expertise to all faculty members, staff, and students.

Seven of the cores (Advanced Microscopy and Imaging Core, Behavioral Core, Bioinformatics Core, High Content Screening Facility, Medaka Fish Facility, Next Generation Sequencing Facility, Vector Core) offer high-quality and rapid scientific and technical services that help to improve and speed up the work of TIGEM investigators.

The Cell Culture and Cytogenetics, Informatics and General Services Cores support our research and maintain our Institute’s general activities and resources.
